Good customer service.
They were absolutely amazing super friendly and fast. Price was affordable our appointment was at 1030 but our brakes were really bad so we went at 8 am just to see if they could possibly get us in then instead of having to wait and they were happy to do so they didn't try to pressure us to do more then what absolutely necessarily needed done so we opted to wait til next month to do the back brakes and just got the fronts ....the environment was welcoming and relaxed and will now be our go to place for car repairs like tires... read more
In-take according to scheduled time and repair was timely as well. However it appears that Ford engineers have never worked on the cars they designed as it’s a little ridiculous that one has to remove the bumper to change a headlight bulb.
Very pleased with my experience. Very quick turnaround. Will absolutely use them again!
Love the system on booking a time slot on line and then texting an estimate and getting a text when it’s ready. Love technology
