Very pleased with their customer service. Ciarán was always professional and available to answer questions, both at the front desk and over the phone. Easy to set an appointment, and they do send text reminders, which is nice. They were honest about pricing and very forth-coming with issues they found with my car. In the future, I see myself choosing Meineke for services rather than dealerships or surrounding auto shops. Great job.
