Heard loud sounds under my car. It was the part that protects the muffler rattling. Took it to Meineke and they explained I did not need a new muffler that it was just that piece. I truly appreciate the help and honesty they showed me. I have been to places that would have taken advantage of the situation. I will bring my car back to them when I need to. I fact because of the honesty I had them do other work on my car.
I had my front breaks worked on 3 weeks ago. No noise came from these breaks but I was told they needed to be replaced. Since then the breaks in the front make a loud squeaking noise almost every time i pull to a stop. It's beyond distracting and frustrating to hear this loud sound at each stop sign and stop light. Was visiting from out of town. Found my car battery dead at 10pm on Friday night. They open at 730am. Called at 8am and Todd said sure bring it in as soon as the tow truck can. Waiting area was super clean, had drinks and snacks! Car was repaired the same day and I couldn’t have been happier. Todd was outstanding as far as communication and everyone was super friendly. The bathroom was even spotless btw!
