Very knowledgeable
Had an appointment to replace brakes, perform tire rotation, and get an oil change. My truck was at the shop from 10:02AM to 5:20PM. When I arrived to pick up the truck the only service they completed was the oil change. They apparently decided (without contacting me) that my brakes didn't need to be replaced despite being at 3mm according to their inspection. Not sure what happened with the tire rotation... I guess they just didn't feel like doing it. First and last time using Meineke.
My experience was very good. The staff kept me well informed of the repairs and fixed everything in a timely manner.
