Second time here!! Cara is the best!! First visit for my dad’s truck and she went out her way to look for a specific part. Both times I’ve been here they’ve been pretty fast with the service!! Highly recommend it here and will be a returning customer !!
I'm not usually the kind of person to post a review like this but I'm trying to warn of a situation that occurred with me. I took my car into meineke for the last year and had overall positive experiences. The manager of this location is great and I recommend her. My problem is with one of the main engine technicians. He majorly misdiagnosed a problem with my engine recently. I brought it in because it felt lacking in power and was making a high pitch noise.
