Update: Made my reservation and they expected me. Kara helped me find the best deal between coupons, specials, and points. I love that she honestly told me what didn't need replacing. Oil change & tire rotation, very reasonable price. Made appointment on the app but they didn't even know I was coming. They didn't have my car's filter so I had to come back the next day. I had coupons to use but forgot to use them. Wish they would have asked me! Overall they do a good job. I was in and out quickly.

All great. Only one concern, which I have 100% faith will be cleared up on next month’s visit: As soon as I picked up he vehicle (which I have had for going on four years), the fan ( AC/ heater fan) sounded like I had a propeller drone under the hood. It vibrates and sounds like a propeller now. I DID bring it to the attention of the technician I saw, and he played with the cabin air filter, and said it wasn’t anything THEY did ( literally never made this sound until I picked it up from them )!
