They were very helpful and really nice, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like they checked the air in the tires when they were rotated
Very friendly, fast and respectful. They sent a report to let me know if issues they saw with my car but there was no discussion or pressure to add on any services. I will return.
Ian at the Escondido location (as well as the rest of the crew) provided excellent service including clear explanations of the issues that needed to be addressed. I would’ve preferred to NOT have car trouble on our vacation (haha).

Dropped my car off on January 3rd was told the motor needed to be replaced. Went through warranty and I just finally got to pick my car up on July 8th. Mind you I was contacted a maximum of 10 times during the entire 6 month process and 10 is being VERY generous. It is now the 10th of July so I have had my car back for 2 days and my check engine light has magically come back on.
