I stopped going to this location when ownership changes hand and had a bad experience with an oil change. They told me the appointment would take about an hour and in all reality it was a day and a half. This was a few years ago, and my better judgment should’ve stopped me from giving them another try. Fast, friendly, and professional!
Had an appointment for 9am for an inspection. I arrived to find they hadn't inspectors there. Gave excuses that he was moving and they thought he would be done. Seemed like he hadn't called in. Guy at the counter was a jerk. He did offer an appointment the next day, which i couldn't do. Asked why they didn't call me to cancel and says they hadnbeen sure so they didn't call yet.
