Karl and John was absolutely amazing. I brought my jeep patriot in for brake and rotor change they pulled me into the shop and shown me all the unsafe inspections done on my car. They then check every inch under my car and writing a full report very knowledgeable very nice people! Definitely earned a lifetime customer!
First of all, this garage was the only place that I could find that was open on Saturdays, so THANK YOU for that!!! Second, they were able to get the car in within less than 24hrs and had it fixed the same day! Last, but not least…they were very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated effectively regarding the repair, cost, and timing it would be completed. Thank you so much!!!
I called and got a cost estimate prior to selecting this company. The cost quoted was fare and reasonable. I showed up with out scheduling an appointment. The customer service tech was very professional and receptive. He greeted me and took my information. My vehicle was placed in the next available time slot. I was in and out in about a hour.
