Had a terrible experience at this wannabe shop and will never go back. I stood in the lobby for 7 minutes without ANY help whatsoever. I finally had to actually walk back to one of the bays and get a young guy to come and help me. I miss Karl their old manager. This kid seemed incompetent, unprofessional and uninterested in earning my business. He would not match a competitors price for an oil change and basically didn't even care. I wonder what happened to good customer service because you won't find it here.

The site.manager and regional manager were outstanding. They both ensured my car was repaired properly and back on the road. Thanks Guys!! 🚗🚗
This is the absolute worst service I have ever had!!!!! They had my car for 2 months it still isn't fixed 800 dollars later!!
So helpful! Got me in quickly . Offered advise . Saved me $$. New battery . Alittle pricey but saved me money . Was told by another place I needed a new starter :( .Manager was a DM. Will go back when im town
