I gave five but wish I could give 50 stars. We were traveling from Florida to Wisconsin and had vehicle problems. They were the only place that could see us on a Saturday. They squeezed us in to start diagnosing the problem but needed until Monday to get the part. They worked all day Monday and were able to get us back on the road. They really worked hard to accommodate us due to our travel situation.

I want to take a moment to recognize the OUTSTANDING customer service we experienced at Meineke on Highway 72 in Madison. My car was expected to be ready when I arrived to pick it up, but unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues that delayed the repair. I feel so lucky we found this Meineke! While on a road trip from Columbus Ohio to Florida with my family we were having car trouble. We just happened to be staying right next to this shop and I feel blessed we were. I needed a new alternator in my Honda Odyssey. These guys worked what I consider a miracle.
