Got me in before my appointment time. Changed my oil and rotated the tires and aired them to the correct amount. Did a complete check on fluids. Done in 30 minutes. Wow.
They’ve been good at keeping my car up. Just don’t like the variance of customer service reps. The prices vary in a few months. I even have it on paper. I mean like 2-300 dollars difference. Brakes are high. They do a good job just high on prices. Looking to go somewhere else maybe. And there finance thing keeps changing. So if I stay with them I’m not using there card.
Very overpriced! Completely shocked!!I have a 2019 Chrysler 300... I brought my own parts!! 3 coils packs and spark plugs!! was quoted 3.3hrs for labor and told $750 to change 3 spark plugs and coils??? Does that mean $225/hr wow!!! Just to confirm what I thought....I called 3 direct competitors and they priced the same job between $225 and $350 for labor! Highway robbery!
