Tony and Gino were eassy to deal with
Tony got me in, found the problem, fixed the problem, and had me back on the road.
Tony helped me with my car maintenance and he was extremely respectful and kind. I usually don’t enjoy going to auto shops because I feel like the employees talk down on me, but I didn’t feel that way at all at this location. I’m also very grateful because I knew beforehand what I was going to pay and they were very helpful when I had other questions regarding my tires. I highly recommend going to this location! Thanks again to everyone at Blackwood Meineke for being so helpful and courteous!
Fast, thorough, and excellent service. I came in for an oil change which was done in 45 minutes. I was originally told 1.5 hours. Put my car on racks and showed me what was wrong. Performed a diagnosis on my vehicle and provided me with the results. No hassle. I will be back with my other cars.
