Five stars for Erik, the manager here, who is a really competent problem solver with a wonderful serviceful attitude. I especially appreciated the time he spent discussing options with me. Overall, I left very satisfied with my appointment and definitely will return.
This is dangerous!! You initially put the NEW brakes on backwards. We discovered it when buying tires. Then you clearly didn’t fix them correctly as you can see in the picture where it has slipped. I want this fixed immediately and a full refund. For a “brake” company you clearly don’t know what you are doing.
