Very rude, arrogant clerk. No wonder there was a help wanted sign hanging in the window, nobody would want to work with that guy. Set up an 8:00 am appointment several days in advance. Guy at the desk says they’ll call us in the afternoon. I asked why I made an appointment, he said it could take up to three hours to inspect it. “Leave it here and we’ll look at it”.
