Amazing customer service me and my mom was both taken care of i really like this location because it's near shopping while you wait. To bad this location is closing soon.
Meineke shop does a great job at service and price. Having a mechanical background means I am always looking for great service and great pricing as well as great customer service.
Went 5 separate times and every single time I was denied service because of a different made up reason. They did this just so they wouldn’t have to honor a Groupon deal.

I found them on Groupon, I had to get my car towed to their shop for an alignment. 15 mins before I received a phone call telling me their alignment rack was down. The manger that day didn’t really seem too concerned about how I was inconvenience. I asked him if he could simply just move my. Appointment to again store. Needless to say I found another near by that took care of me. Also the shop one has ONE air compressor for the whole shop with no back up or a back up plan to help customers that had an appointment already set... read more
