Mike in hanover,PA on Baltimore pike next to autozone assured me I had to sign something to authorize to look at my vehicle and said would make me aware of any cost prior to doing ANYTHING to the vehicle. They did something anyway to it and I was charged a fee, of 138.00 and was told i had no choice I signed the paper and then followed with, well it had to be done anyway. I was trying to get a quote on charges and made him clearly aware of this and was told i would not be charge for anything if i didnt want to be and they wo... read more
