Had a Great Experience , I came in without an appointment to get my rear brakes replaced on my F 150 Truck, Melissa was the best So Knowledgable ! She explained everything in exact detail. Mechanic was Talented & Fast , the Repair took about 1 1/2 hrs.When he was done Melissa applied a $125.00 Coupon that I knew nothing about ! That was Great!! I Highly recommend this Meineke on Baltimore St. Their the Best !
I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM for a oil change. After i didn't receive a call. I called at 4:30 in the afternoon to be told. By Melissa Oh, they are wrapping up with it now. So I started my walk up there, and when I got there. I had to wait another hour for them to finish with my car. Because they were only wrapping up with the health check. After I get it back.
