Today, Mike helped me and gave me a lot of time with specific details about what's best for my vehicle. I was a brand new customer. They gave me free service on a minor repair, and I will be bringing all of my business in the future!! Great experience.
Service on the vehicle was fine. Mike's customer service was poor. He tries to come across as helpful and friendly, however he is extremely condescending and rude. Threw a tantrum when I told him I reviewed the wellness report and didn't need him to explain it to me. Made me listen to him explain verbatim what the report already told me to feed his ego. Will not be returning because of him.
