Customer service was top notch like the other Meineke in town. Great experience especially for a brand new shop. Glad that we now one on this side of town.
I had a great experience at this Meineke location. The service was fast, and they got me back on the road much sooner than I expected. Finding quality auto work at an affordable price can be tough, but their rates were very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff is professional and genuinely treats people with respect, taking the time to explain things without any pressure. If you're looking for honest, efficient, and budget-friendly car care, I highly recommend this shop
Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, from the manager to the mechanics! I am definitely going to be a customer for life.
Store and customer service was top tier but the prices are outrageous,mainly because of computed labor hours and overpriced parts, 5000$ to replace a suspension system on a 15 yr old American made car doesn’t take 20 hours of labor and aftermarket parts shouldn’t cost 5x name brand parts “and for that reason I’m out” as the sharks would say lol.
The service was outstanding!
