Literally the first time ever using them. Clearly I can’t trust them to change oil. Had to pay $315 to have car towed back to the shop. They have refused to take ownership of their mistake blaming the poor manufacturing quality of the sump plug’s gasket. Unbeknown to them I took a photo of the sump plug and it’s obvious they forgot to screw it back in, and thought their excuses are acceptable. They have not offered to refund my $50 oil change. They have not refunded the $315 it cost me to tow.
Trey Collins and his team were absolutely amazing. Trey lead me through the process of what I needed to have fixed in my car with care and without any judgement. I never once felt like I was getting bad advice. He was very honest with what was needed for my vehicle, and they even broke down what would be best to fix first, next, etc. This location has a customer for life 🫶
Had an alignment done and a tire replaced here (due to car being out of alignment). The alignment was never completed and the new tire prematurely wore out, as I just replaced it again last week at another shop. This shop has cost me time and money, and I will never use them again. If you like paying for services never performed, then this is your place!
Had to get a bunch of coolant stuff replaced, I dropped off in the morning and they got my car back to me same day, no unnecessary charges either. Everyone I talked to was also super nice. Highly recommend
