Trey was extremely helpful and got me on the schedule quickly while taking great care of my car. He explained all the services I needed in a clear and honest way, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged.
I have to give a shout out to Meineke Car Care Center in Lowell/Springdale. I have taken my vehicles there many times over the years and they consistently have been positive experiences. Once I had a car towed there after it died unexpectedly, they looked it over, found the problem (fortunately a minor one), and sent me on my way free of charge.
