I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk representative (Rob). I called for a quote and clearly explained the issue with my car, but instead of providing straightforward labor pricing, I was repeatedly told I needed to bring the car in for a paid diagnosis I had already completed elsewhere. The employee was unprofessional, lacked clear communication skills, and even hung up on me.
