Josh, Andrew, and Shen Zhen are absolutely wonderful. My car developed a weird whining sound, which both a 5-star mobile mechanic and a mechanic shop refused to work on, simply saying "I have no idea." Then I called Meineke. Josh and his crew took such good care of me—they were incredibly patient in investigating the sound and found the root cause. They also offered a discount for students.
