Had a 2 o’clock appointment. At 2:20 I inquired how far behind they were and was told they would be another 20-25 minutes. I did not have time to stay (I juggle several people’s schedules that I work around) and I left without having my service completed. Not sure I will be back.
Not only has Meineke doubled their price for an oil change, they also took away services that they advertise! They advertised tire rotation with their oil change and now they’re want to charge you an extra $25.00 for that service….unacceptable!!
Very nice and pleasant. Quick service and they did not try to push other services on to me which other places have in the past. Would highly recommend.
I love this place; great customer service and great mechanics. I NEVER had a problem and and I am always satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Meineke to anyone looking to get their car service or even just a diagnostic. This place is awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested everything to be checked and repaired and an oil change and service. Cost a substantial amount but not complaint but oil change was not done no new oil filter but when I called to ask if it was done Xi was told yes but was not on the invoice as they did it for free. Not true. Checked oil life and it is at 67%. So no way replaced. Dissapointed as happy with the rest. I found it mercenary. Oh well.
