OK, I came to you for a basic vehicle inspection. The work was good, but they did work on my air conditioning without my authorization. I went to get a timing belt kit installation & had a question about my ac. I was supposed to receive a phone call to let me know what was wrong with the ac, but instead I received a call saying that the work was done. My quote was initially $1800 for a timing belt. But I ended up paying $2300 for the belt & air conditioning recharge. This is a problem because if I did not have the additional $400 to pay for the ac recharge I would have been... read more

I had a very nice experience with this meineke car shop. The people were kind and helpful and kept me fully informed about my vehicle through the entire process. They certainly made an unfortunate situation for me into something much more manageable and I am very grateful for that!
