I had my vehicle serviced at Meineke and was impressed by their quick turnaround and transparent pricing. The staff was courteous, explained everthing clearly, and didn't push unnecessary repairs. the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready on time, as promised. Great experience overall and definitely worth considering for routine maintenance or quick repairs.
OK, I came to you for a basic vehicle inspection. The work was good, but they did work on my air conditioning without my authorization. I went to get a timing belt kit installation & had a question about my ac. I was supposed to receive a phone call to let me know what was wrong with the ac, but instead I received a call saying that the work was done. My quote was initially $1800 for a timing belt. But I ended up paying $2300 for the belt & air conditioning recharge. This is a problem because if I did not have the additional $400 to pay for the ac recharge I would have been... read more
