After the diagnosis and estimate I signed the work order to get the job done. I was told the work would be completed by close of business the next day.. The next day came- So, I called after 3pm for an update..since I hadn’t heard from them. Friendly service. Dropped my car off for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation then walked to work. I went by to pick up my vehicle after being called and when I got back to work, I noticed my tires had not been rotated. I returned my vehicle and again walked back to work. Front desk was apologetic and offered to drop off my car when finished. I understand that mistakes happen. I hope that the reason really was oversight and not intentional b/c I'm a female and they thought I wouldn't noice.
