I had hit a curb with both front and back passenger tires, and a day or two after, my low tire light came on. I wanted to go a well named car repair shop, so I stopped into Meineke. The staff was very helpful and checked all of my tires, as well as putting it up on the lift. No problem was found, they were so friendly and helpful and I left their shop feeling confident that they actually did check on everything I was concerned about.
I want to say our initial experience was very disappointing as we had to bring our car back in to try and correct several initial issues we had. But a different manager, Bryan, stepped in and went above and beyond getting our repairs done correctly. It’s not often I see someone care so much about taking care of the customer the way Bryan did. He told me he wanted to guarantee our car was safe to drive before they would be done. Great Job Bryan and thank you for such a great effort to make sure we were taken care of!!
It was easy, polite and fast.
Oil Change, fuel system decarbonization, and brake fluid change. They were transparent regardng all services. When I inquired about whether I needed other services, I was advised when they were recommended. They weren't trying to invent services to do other than what I requested.
