I just want you to know.. THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!! Let's start with customer service and dedication...A+!! I brought my car in for A/C issues..ok, it's been a heck of a summer.. my car wasn't cooling down under 108! It was the holiday weekend, possibly couldn't get to my car until Tuesday.... Well.... as soon as i left it there, they were pulling it into the bays! I received a price quote within the hour, and it was finished before closing time that same day!!
MEINEKE upper management, if you are listening and see this I would highly recommend giving Toni @ the Moore SC location a substantial pay increase. This lady is a rockstar and I had the best experience buying tires I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, kind, personable and trustworthy. I say that because I am starting a new business adventure towards the end of 2026, and this lady will be a target of mine to hire!! She is a huge asset and has what you can not teach where customer service is concerned. Thanks for your time!

I went in for what I thought was a minor repair. It turned out it wasn’t minor. Marky and Jimmy were great and I will now be a loyal customer.
Fantastic experience and great explanation of what was going on with my car. I brought my car in because I thought the brakes needed to be changed and they were very honest in saying that they still have a good bit of life left and didn't need to be changed, instead of just doing it and charging me. I ended up getting a few other things done and they were very quick, efficient, and great at communicating what was going on. Highly recommend going here and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from here on out.
