This was my first and likely last visit to Meineke. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, yet was not checked in until 10 minutes after the appointment time. I was then informed that, despite having a confirmed appointment, there was a possibility they might not be able to service my vehicle due to a staffing issue and the presence of a walk-in customer. Great service, staff was very polite!
Person at desk was great had more knowledge then the mechanic..Will not be back to this location..they didn't do all service I ask for ..finished it in the parking lot ..left my car wide open while waiting on part ..its not the nicest location..they also didn't know we're my cabin filter was
There service manager was dressed unprofessional and did not inform me that they subleted my car to another shop for an alignment and overcharged me by telling the alignment shop to just set the toe adjustment on all for wheels I asked for a 4wheel alignment so I felt cheated. I wouldn't recommend their shop.to anyone.
