Had a full synthetic oil change had a reservations when I got there they couldn’t take me because one mechanic was all they had so my wait time would be two hours or more. Was told to come back at 9 o’clock the next morning when I got there, I couldn’t get in. I had to come back at 11 o’clock. I didn’t really understand the mileage he put down for full synthetic, but he put down 3000 and it should be 5000
