I brought my car there for an oil change, which included a tire rotation. My right rear passenger tire has some issues, and loses air slowly but on a consistent basis. After the rotation, that tire should have been moved from my rear passenger side. So, I was not 100% pleased with this service, because unless I missed something my tires were not rotated. I’ve been to this location before and usually had a wait not long but typical oil change wait. This time was way different. I dropped my car off at 10:30 went to a work meeting then lunch with co-worker. Came back at 2;30 and they hadn’t touched my car. I was pretty mad as I had errands to run. The whole point of making an appointment is to get in and out within the appt time frame. The owner waived my tax fee(I had a Groupon).
