Took off work and dropped off my vehicle to get brakes. Technician called me with a price of 2400 dollars. I told him no came got my truck took it up the street to The Shop in Jtown and had the exact work done for 1060. Plus technician at your store told me the brake lines were dry rotted and needed replaced. The Shop said there coated lines and had no rust and were fine. You all are robbing people, or at least you attempted to with me. Never will you get any business from me, ever.
Brought in our car, they said it would take an hour and a half so I got an uber. Twenty minutes later they said it was done. I told them to check the alternator because it was squealing. They said they did. It was fine. My wife picked it up and it squealed out of the parking lot. Their “car check” and oil change took less than ten minutes total. So how thorough do you think it was? Great experience from the moment I walked in. This location is within the industrial park that my work is located- could not be more convenient. Dylan remembered who I was from my very first visit. He was able to break down my inspection in a couple different ways for me to be able to make the right choice for right now with my vehicle. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was skipped over.
