I had a 8:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotationI so I figured it would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. I was wrong It ended up taking 2 hours.
Had a coupon and got a good deal on a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Went to the one in Jeffersontown and had great service. They were very helpful and friendly. Husband had gone a couple weeks prior.
Hey all! Normally I go to the dealership for my auto repairs because I have not had the best of luck going to other repair shops. However, when Bachman Chevrolet could not get me in for over a week, I had no choice. I went to Meineke to get brakes, oil change, and auto inspection. Rob the front desk representative was pleasant, welcoming, and answered all the questions I had. It made my experience less stressful and I felt that my car would be in good hands. Expert, friendly service at the front desk. I had an appointment with another Meineke location, and when I arrived they said they did not have a manager and could not take any new work. They redirected me to this location to see if there was immediate availability. Thankfully Plantside could get me in right away, and they did an excellent job. I really appreciated it!
