Amazing service and great people! Went in for a pre-purchase inspection of vehicle we were interested in purchasing from a nearby dealer. Rob and the whole team were professional, kind, and informative. They did a full and extremely thorough full inspection. Their techs brought me out to the garage to point out concerns of the vehicle. I recently had my 2012 Honda Accord serviced at this Meineke shop and received superb service. After driving to Louisville from Naperville, Illinois on 8/26/2025, I needed an urgent oil change. I called the shop first in the late afternoon and shop manager was very nice to tell me it’s OK to schedule me in for the oil change. I drove the car to the shop and didn’t wait for long for the oil change service to start.
