Came in for a specific inspection. They performed a full comprehensive inspection, which was great, but I would have liked to have known that up front so I could have planned my time better as it took much longer than I had anticipated.

Pretty much drove my truck in brakes squealing, and David went above and beyond to make sure that I left with brand new brakes, safe like this man when I say above and beyond, I mean it he was very, very good to me. OK service. After $4975 to repair the steering and suspension on my 2007 Ford Focus with 192,000 miles on it when I took it in for an oil change and sway bar link bushings, the power steering still growls loudly and clunks. The hood was bent slightly where the prop goes in, but I was able to straighten it out. I have my tools here now to fix the power steering pump correctly, so I won't have to take it back in. What a great team they have over at Meineke. The inspection they gave me upfront before doing the work was awesome. It was detailed, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic, then giving me cost breakdown of needed repairs. All done through text and internet…with pictures. They did the work on time and priced as they had estimated. I highly recommend Meineke in Newberg OR.
