Took my car in for an oil change and it was possibly one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had. They were on time, got my car done quickly, didn’t try to sell me BS I don’t need and just generally great. The guy managing the desk and seemingly the whole operation was fabulous. I will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service experience! I got a thorough pre-purchase inspection on my new vehicle for free yesterday, and now I’m a new Meineke customer for life. The guy at the front desk was super nice and even went through my new vehicle’s carfax for me when the dealer wouldn’t. He might have been a Chicago Bears fan from Illinois, but I can’t hold it against him because I know good Midwestern customer service when I see it!
