Great service for my oil change, very pleasant sales staff
Seemed busy, but with no customers. Low staff. Lobby TV not working and attitude from the worker when asking about it. They gave me a time frame interval and it ended up taking longer with no call to explain or even give notice. Thankfully, I called because I know better than to go over and get upset they are running over their own set time interval for work completion.
My experience at meineke was a pleasant one. I called ahead to try and schedule a service appointment for the same day, I was told all slots were booked. I was told if I really need it done today to drop off my vehicle. I dropped it off and was fortunate, they somehow got it done in less than 2 hours, when I was expecting it to take all day. I was home and my car is running smooth after having all 4 wheels aligned in less then 3 hours. They price matched service pricing I found on line. That's huge now a days when everything... read more
