My wife’s car and mine both needed an oil change, as usual I called Meineke in OFallon. The entire experience was easy and the people working there were as courteous and friendly as they could be. They always take time to answer all my questions and never make me feel like they are in a rush.
Have done great on everything I have to have done on my multiple vehicles.
Came in for inspection. Everyone was a delight I will come back for more service.
I recently just purchased a vehicle and within a couple months had to get repairs done. I have an extended warranty, but unfortunately not everything I needed done was covered. I’m a single mom and money is tight, but Meineke helped me get my vehicle fixed while also making it affordable. The gentleman here explained everything in detail in a way that I would understand. This was my first experience at this location and I was more than impressed! The ease I experienced was amazing! And then when I returned to pick up my car later on, I walked in and was greeted personally by name! He made me feel very welcome and appreciated! The entire experience was 110%! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
