Chris and the crew were honest and fair unlike several other shops. I would recommend and would go back again because of their excellent customer service and fair pricing.
When my ‘17 Challenger started giving me trouble, several other companies had wildly expensive diagnostic testing, while others had machines that “didn’t pick up dodge codes”. Patrick is an honest and transparent mechanic who was not only able to waive the diagnostic fee, but was able to order the parts and get the vehicle back to me within 48 hours of me dropping it off. Hopefully, I won’t have to come back for any car issues anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be returning to this Meineke!
These guys were great. I went in for a state inspection and failed the emissions test. They were very communicative and didn't get pushy trying to sell me on doing the work there or up selling me on services. Since I work on my own cars, I really appreciated the straightforward info that they gave me. After the repair, they got my car in very quickly to take care of the emissions re-test. Very friendly and professional.
