They charged $450 total to bolt on a $45 replacement part, too much I’d say.
I came across this shop after losing a wheel in my trailer. No story for you, just straight to the point. The gentlemen behind the counter(Jeff, I believe) was fantastic, although the shop wasn't able to make the repair, he helped me source parts and other locations that could service my trailer, when I was down and out. So props to that guy. Id recommend this shop based on integrity alone.
Wouldn’t honor a coupon from their website to take fifty dollars off my almost $1000 bill (for one part and an hour of labor). I’m really not sure why, because the Sun Prairie location has gone out of their way to search coupons to help me out financially; what a bummer that Cottage Grove can’t lift a finger to help someone who’s been going to them for years. Going to contact CS to see if someone will honor the publicly usable coupon right on their website because the folks at the store won’t.
