Bought a Groupon for an oil change. It said it came with a 23 point inspection, fills the fluids, check the tire pressure, and does a tire rotation all included. I even got a email saying they started my 23 point inspection. None of that was done. They also don’t answer their phone as I wanted to try and ask why it wasn’t done. My husband came home with my one tire with low pressure. I’ve never had an oil change done anywhere where they didn’t fill up your fluids and check your tires. Will never go back.

Had a fantastic experience at this Meineke location! The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable with the service. I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape – will definitely be coming back!
This was not a good experience. I purchased a voucher on Groupon, went to the store to get the service only to find out by an employee I had to pay an additional fee of taxes. The guy told me I had to pay 13$ extra when I come for my appointment. A week or so later, I arrived expected to pay the 13$ extra to find out the extra fee was now 23$ that I did not expect. Even though I was told it would be 13$. There was a lack of communication on their end and I did not appreciate that
