Quick and easy service
Chris was really nice and super helpful, service was faster than expected. All my questions about additional services were answered informatively.
I came for an oil change that comes with a few extra complimentary services with the package. When I first got there the guy at the reception turned me away because he couldn’t scan my Groupon on the first try then my gf came in and asked him to try it again after him saying it’s nothing he could do I would have to make another appointment and come back another time and that the next day is fully booked, but when he scanned my Groupon again it worked that time (we did nothing different to it). I’m posting a review as I’ve received a text asking me to. I didn’t want to, but the process, length of time for service and communications from this shop is amazingly frustrating… I found a Groupon for a synthetic oil change near a golf course I had an event at. Good price. It said no appointment necessary, but possible. I made the appointment 2 hours before my event thinking I’d finish and have time to get there. I arrived at 12:01 for my 12:00 appointment.
