I am going to make this post every other week until Meineke owns up to the damage they caused within my vehicle....I went to meineke on 03/22/25 to have my vehicle looked at on the computer and they decided to jack my car up in the air checking other stuff for whatever reason and some how left the lift pad of the post lift stuck under my car. Got my AC icy cold. Their prices were alittle on the high side but it was a free visual inspection and diagnostic. They did a really good job. Even scheduled me back for another visual inspection in a few days to double check everything. Thanks guys
Advertised a $39.99 oil change out front which is why I went there, I expected synthetic blend would be a little higher and I needed 6 quarts instead of 5, but my total ended up being $129. Not impressed, will be getting my oil change somewhere else next time. Service was friendly though!
Stopped to have the left rear tire of my son’s truck checked, as the TIM system showed it was really low. I assumed they would look for a nail in the tread, leaking valve stem, etc. We had been in the lobby for exactly 50 minutes (there was only one other vehicle in the bay, with multiple employees present) when my son noticed that the truck was on the lift and the hood was up. The original service estimate completed by the mechanic was very thorough including photos of each specific car part/location that needed servicing. The service was completed in a very satisfactory time and seemed to be done correctly. My only negative comment would be that they didn’t fix the problem I originally came in for. This was due to the equipment to fix my issue being down/unavailable/in need of repair.
