On Monday the 24th I went to this location for a diagnostic on my a/c in my truck and when I got there, they had to do a 49 point inspection on my truck which I did not ask for. On the 23rd I had been working on my truck outside and confirmed there was still Freon in my truck, and I took it to Firestone to be checked for leaks and they assured me there were none… However after they looked at it here, they suddenly told me I had no Freon. free a/c check & headlight fix! staff was very delightful
They were so polite and took care of me completely and replaced some damaged tires so I was safe on the road and did my oil change as well
First they said that my ac for sure just need to be recharged and we’re going to charge me 295 dollars for it which was 60 dollars for the refrigerant 10 dollars for the ac valves and the rest was labor( which he said would be 30 mins and was actually a 2 hours wait) then they told me that I had to pay the three hundred dollars and I need a 1500 dollar part( which I looked up and is only 250) and that the total would be 1900 dollars so they suck efficiently
The employees here are incredibly kind and helped me with my car in a quick manner!! I would highly recommend going here
