First off let me just say , save yourselves the trouble I’ve been here twice the first time they left another clients keys in my van only to call me at 5:30 to look for them and beg me to drive them up . Very unprofessional. Now today I bring in my car for an oil change and safety - 1 customer service was terrible, 2 failed safety for a crack on the bottom of my windshield (out of view) it’s been there for past 2 safety inspections one at Toyota one at another mechanic. Terrible experience. I took my car here expecting professional service, but it was the complete opposite. The staff were unprofessional, the work was sloppy, and the communication was awful. They overcharged me, didn’t fix the actual problem, and wasted my time. When I asked questions, I felt ignored and brushed off. I would not recommend this location to anyone—save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else that actually cares about customers and stands behind their work.
