Professional with quick service. I am happy to have found a great place for car maintenance and repair work.
Pretty disappointed with the experience. One of my employees was in a bind and need the OBD sensor read to see what the potential issue was. Employee at Meineke “couldn’t read the OBD sensor” and immediately recommended changing the OBD lines/ports for god knows how many $$$ and several hours wait time. I told my employee to tell them thanks but no thanks. I get to lay eyes on it the next day and turns out the Meineke employee needed to take 10 seconds to pull off the cover and just hold the back of the OBD port so he could ... read more
