Very effective, quick and excelent attention!!!!
I had a Groupon coupon for a reduced price on a full synthetic oil change with a standard oil filter. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the desk attendant and my car was next in line for service. The oil change was completed in a little more than an hour. I was not previously aware of an additional charge of $18.09 for disposal fees, etc.when I checked out. This made the total cost, to me, not much of a bargain.
I have been going to Meineke for oil changes for the past three years for my both cars. but my experience today was very disappointing. When I called to schedule my appointment, I asked for service for my Equinox, but the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for my Camry. When I arrived, the staff could not find my records using my phone number or license plate, even though I had a Meineke sticker on my windshield from previous service.
