Do not go to Meineke in Clementon, NJ. I’ve been a regular using a Groupon for full synthetic oil changes, and this time they slapped me with a $19 surprise charge with no clear explanation—just a vague “oil prices went up.” Normally it’s a $7 disposal fee, but this was clearly a bait-and-switch. Rushed, confusing, and dishonest service—completely unacceptable.
Oil change + tire rotation. Best price in area. Work done quickly. Will use them for future work on vehicle.
Have been taking all 4 of my vehicles here for the past two years and have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and pricing is very reasonable.
Going back tomorrow to get clarification on bill. They charged an additional $23.09 (on top of my Groupon) but the bill makes no sense! They were only supposed to charge tax n shop fees (which was $4.14 and $7.70 respectively) so not sure how we got to $23.09. AND they only discounted $44.46 from total, but I paid $52.19 on Groupon for a full synthetic oil change…
