I never in my existence of owning this car have heard of an oil change place not having the correct oil for a Kia. I’ve gotten many oil changes and if this has never occurred. I feel like when they heard Groupon they just didn’t want to service the car. Try to charge me an extra 98 bucks to supposedly order the oil. I took off today for this. I wanted to flip out, but I don’t want nobody call 911 on me so this is the best I can do I would give zero stars if I could.!!!
I've been bringing multiple cars here for years now. The techs are always knowledgeable and have never steered me wrong. From oil change, to emergency car work, this is where I bring my vehicles
I made an appointment for an oil change. After an hour he tells me I need 3200$ worth of work. I’m still waiting for the oil change. Why would I ever come back to this place.
