I came here for an oil change at Meineke, and less than 2,000 miles later my oil level light started flashing while driving. I brought the car back, and they told me the drain plug washer they installed was leaking. Todd was nice and tried to help, but the business policy itself was disappointing. They refused to treat this as a workmanship issue and claimed it was “wear and tear,” even though the leak appeared shortly after the service they performed. Will is great! I was trying to get my rear breaks done on my diesel and was originally going to go to another shop. Had discussed price and when I showed up at the other shop they tried to change it because I drive a diesel (made zero sense). Tried calling some other national chains and they all wanted to force me in for a “free” break inspection and wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone, or even a price range.
