I made an appointment for 8am. I got there before 8am. We checked in and the guy said the techs weren't there yet. We said that was ok because we were a little early. We sat down in the waiting room and waited for about 10 minutes but no one came to get our car. We waited for 30 minutes and still no one came to get the car. We decided to leave. Great place to go. Dave is knowledgeable and gives you a straight to the point answer instead of all the technical jargon.

So website says they do exhaust system work, called and guess they can only do bolt on work, no welding no bending, if its not a part you can but they cant do it. I just needed a 2 into 1 adapter so I could put a better muffler on then the stock muffler which has 2 inlets to one outlet, but the replacement mufflers dont fit correctly and are just big awkward, heavy and unsitely, I want a cleaner look. Their website should say they only do basic part replacement. Or hire a phone person with automotive knowledge/background.

I arrived at the shop for a 1 o'clock appointment and requested an estimate to replace my muffler. At other shops this required about 20 minutes to do. Meineke said they would do a complementary inspection. Over 2 hours later they finished. I spent the time waiting in their barely adequate waiting room. The inspection failed to report 4 problems already known to me. Meineke recommended replacing the entire exhaust system at a price that was 4 times greater than any other estimate that I received.
