Please with service. Oil change and tire rotation completed promptly and price was very reasonable. Service rep, Tony, was very nice.
I went in for a car inspection. In the meantime I needed to replace the battery on my cars FOB. I didn't know how to open the FOB. So I asked the serviceman to please open the FOB. He did open the FOB, replace the battery, in under 10 minutes and charged me $10. I was beyond shocked. Needless to say I need to take my other car for inspection and it won't be with Meineke. If not for that I will say the service is good. I still can't believe $10, I'm thinking it couldn't have cost him more than $.50.
Took car in because it was starting to run hot, but had plenty of coolant in it….which indicates a stuck thermostat. Very common….. The next day i get a call saying i needed $3200 worth of work completely unrelated to the thermostat, which, of course they said was fine. But i needed a whole new radiator because this one is “ blowing coolant all over the place.” Then they said the AC condenser was leaking because of a big dent in it. It was fine until i got it there. I brought my car in for inspection and it came back with a long list of problems needing attention including one big repair for which they were quoting $1,500 (not even using OEM parts). I then took my car to the manufacturer's dealership who examined the car and said they disagreed with the multiple issues noted by Meineke. The dealership did agree with the one big repair but quoted me ONE-THIRD the price that Meineke was quoting (using OEM parts for the repair).
