When everything is even… Customer service wins… I've had outstanding customer service from Tony and Pat at Meineke on West Chester Pike. I've probably taken $4000 worth of business there over the last two years.
The service has been great. I get a report to including pictures of what needs to be done now and in the future. Overall the process great
I sent my car in to get the exhaust done, which they did a fantastic job. What I got back was a diagnostic of all the issues That my car has and what it would cost to fix it. I take my car to a mechanic for years never actually had somebody go over everything but it’s nice because now I can plan for it
