I dropped off to have exhaust checked and repaired. It was finally fixed four days later by replacing the flex pipe. However, the flex pipe was not the issue as the car still has a loud exhaust leak. Dropped it off to repair again for the 3rd time yesterday morning. Tried calling for an update yesterday afternoon and today. No one answers. Only voicemail. No car, no update. This shop is a mess. Corporate needs to do something.

This is the worst Meineke I have been too EVER!! I spent almost $2000 to get work done on my car this includes a wheel alignment and 4 new tires. Literally three months later 3 of my tires bust on me one by one at all different times. I called them to schedule to come back in. Once I got there they told me I had to come back because no one put my appointment in so no one was there to fix my problem. I come back the next day same thing .
