I stopped in the get an alignment for my F-150. Unfortunately I needed tie rods and sleeves but that's to be expected on a 31-year-old truck. Mine is a 1995 f150 XLT. Thankfully Tony, the manager was there and he did a fantastic job getting it sorted out for me and getting it done within 24 hours ordering the parts having the labor done and it rides like a dream today. Thanks Tony, I appreciate it!
So I purchased an oil change Groupon for a oil change/tire rotation. First off, an employee had told me the best way to get it done quick was to drop off my vehicle the night before, which I did about 1-2 days after we spoke. So I had to get a ride back from a friend after I dropped it off (pretty sure it was a Tuesday nite). Then the next morning I get a text saying "they cant do it for a week bc they are out of oil as their delivery person didn't show up". Then they tell me "but we can take care of it on Saturday".
