The individuals present exhibited unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Their demeanor suggested an unprovoked confrontation, despite a lack of prior acquaintance. Furthermore, the front desk attendant made inappropriate comments regarding my vehicle's condition and the presence of a child, which was particularly ironic given that the purpose of my visit was to obtain an inspection to address these very concerns. The overall experience was highly unprofessional, aggressive, and unsettling.
I’d say go legit anywhere else…They play in your face and take your money. If you want someone to be incredibly uninterested and take there time to get nothing done but taking everything apart and badly putting it back together this is the place for you!!! DO NOT GO! Not only did they make me wait for a half hour with nobody behind the register, they refused to accept the Groupon they are advertising. Drove from Philly what a waste of time. Unprofessional!
