Had appointment at 8 he was 15 minutes late but things happen it was ok he didn't say sorry or anything did the oil change I paid I said to the man did you turn the sensor off before I leave because I had to come back before because of that he said yes and I put the sticker in the window ok I'm doing my running around everytime I start the car it ding and say need oil change I called he say come back I'm in Delaware I have to come back and wait I tell the other man he act like ok and and man wanted me to wait 15 minutes for ... read more
Was in and out in really good time, compared to other places I’ve had oil changes done. The staff is different, they’re friendly though. Notified me of maintenance my car needed, the price was not too bad for what they told me was needed.(it’s probably overpriced, but it’s not too bad)
Do not do business with this place. I had them install a new battery five months ago. They charged $249 for the battery and $60 for the labor. When it failed last month and I replaced it myself, I discovered that the battery they put in was more than six years old. This is AFTER I had them replace a water pump this year that they installed last year but that failed at the beginning of this year, so this WAS their second chance. They are dragging their feet with the battery refund.
