I strongly recommend avoiding this mechanic shop. I had the bad luck of being taken there after my tire blew out during a road trip and the tow truck brought my car to this place. They charged me $145 just for parking my car after 2 PM and changing one tire — and that was with me buying the tire somewhere else myself. The individuals present exhibited unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Their demeanor suggested an unprovoked confrontation, despite a lack of prior acquaintance. Furthermore, the front desk attendant made inappropriate comments regarding my vehicle's condition and the presence of a child, which was particularly ironic given that the purpose of my visit was to obtain an inspection to address these very concerns. The overall experience was highly unprofessional, aggressive, and unsettling.
