Jarrod Downing was extraordinary in getting my appointment scheduled and he was very helpful & courteous!!! They got my car in & out in no time!! I will be returning for my other services soon!!!
I went in a little nervous about what it was gonna cost to get my car repaired…..but when he handed me the paper and it was below my budget I was shocked. I also had a coupon so was able to add an oil change!!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would they broke my windshield refused to admit fault when they told me to contact company headquarters they said that I was in the parking lot for 40 minutes even though they have me on camera going back inside the store talking to the front desk attendant multiple times, not standing in the parking lot when I finally got in front of the store manager he was upset that I was claiming one of his employees intentionally damaged my windshield, which was not the case. First time I go there for years .. went there 30 min before there original open time and they where there so they welcome me in , took the car and raise it … john was the technician who took care of it, john was amazing , he figured out the problem that I couldn’t Figure it out after three different shops … and I end up paying $46 after I get estimates for $1000 to $3000 .., thrustful ppl for sure … definitely going back
