I was in Charlotte today from out of town, when I had a flat tire out of nowhere. I stopped and realized I didn't have the tools to change it out. The closest shop to me was Meineke. I pulled in and noticed several open bays, and heard the mechanics joking "that can't be good!" Went to the front desk and pleaded with the person upfront to please help me change out the tire for the spare, or that I'd even be willing to buy a tire if I had to.
