Courteous and helpful. Took my car in on time with my appointment and was quickly done.
They wouldn’t rotate my tires because they stated that there was side damage on all of my tires and they offered me a new set of tires for $700. These tires that I have are practically new.
Highly unsatisfied with customer service and the front desk, specifically Leslie. I came in for an oil change and then was told about other services that needed to be done, which is fine but how it was presented and handled was not. Meineke sends you a link in which you have 5 mins to accept or deny the service; leaves not much time to make a decision.
