I was a former customer that decided to take my vehicle to the Monroe Rd store#49 location on May 26th. I had not been to Meineke in over 15 years or longer. The advisor and manager at this location completely stole almost $300 from me for A/C recharge and 2qty Freon that my 2005 Honda Accord did not need. Pricey for a state inspection but were very quick and friendly.
I have a flat tire and came very last minute on lunch time. I came here cause was close of where I was. If you are in a rush they literally Take their time to help you because appointmens have priority of course. Because they work ONLY BY APPOINTMENTS take this in to consideration cause sometimes you are not gonna be able to get help. Just because I didn't want to damaged my rin I decided to wait but if I was on hurry I would definitely left. But they help me today, so thank you so much 🫶🏾
