Do not go to this place. I set an appointment with the manager for Saturday the 7th of February 2026. When I got to the location in Charlestown Indiana I was told I didn't have an appointment. I had read multiple complaints about this very problem but had no choice since Saturday is the only day I have without loosing work time to get it done and they are the only one open. The managers attitude was very bad and could not care less about all of it. He should be replaced immediately. Please read the reviews and save yourself ... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! The "manager" will tell you that you don't have an appointment and then threaten to trespass you if you dare show any emotion about it. They will also say you need services that you clearly do not need. Rude, lazy and dishonest. Oh, and they get cold very easily. Go to Gregory Automotive right down the street.
