I was there for a while, but they were finally able to knock my tires out. They really didn’t take too long.
Honestly, it’s not just my experience that was bad but another customers I overheard. They were changing his cabin air filter and apparently had dropped some corn down this (older gentlemans) blower fan. They claimed they would need to pull his entire blower fan out as it could cause “some serious damage” or “throw things off balance” if they didn’t do it. Now I’m not a mechanic, but I can tell you they were just trying to get this older guy to pay for things he didn’t need.
Zach was a good manager. He seems to know his business with automobiles. Went over the the all point inspection and pointed out areas that need attention in the near future. Technicians were nice and explained a few things that were well received. My only ding is my appt was for 1pm but took about 1 1/2 hrs to get it for the oil to be changed.
Tim was unprofessionally rude. This is the second time I've had communication problems with this location. This time I requested an oil change and tire rotation, made appt. After the "service" Tim said, "Let's get you out of here." I paid, started walking to my car, noticed tires were not rotated. I went back in and asked about the tire rotation.
