My car was vibrating and I wasn’t sure what was going on. Then the check engine and tire pressure lights began flashing in tandem. Even though Tim only had one mechanic working that week, he agreed to assess the problem and then do the repairs.
Went in Saturday and had brake work done. I also asked for oil to be changed as well. They forgot to do the oil change. I understand we are all human and we all forget things. I was not charged so no harm no foul. I scheduled an oil change appointment for Tuesday 3/31. The technician that does the changes called in. Had my van towed in after it died on I-65 on my trip from Michigan to Florida. It sat in their lot for 5 days while I was stranded in a motel with no estimate on when it would be diagnosed. On the 5th day I had it towed to Coyle Chevrolet and it was repaired the next day. BTW on the day that it was towed to Coyle all 4 of Meineke's bays were vacant. It only receives 1 star because 0 star is not an option.
Dropped keys off and checked in for an alignment and a couple fluid flushes. Tried to remain patient but by EOW had no estimate. Called and they actually had marked me a no show, basically losing my appointment even though they had the car. Still wasn’t treated as priority and I had to be adamant I needed my car the next Tuesday, a week later. Waited until after 6 for it to be done, and received quite the attitude from Rim because he was so tired trying to get my car done, even though they had been the ones who misplaced it ... read more
