What a joke. I schedule for a 2:30 oil change. I get there, and I'm disabled with lupus. They do have an air conditioned waitroom. Finally at 3:30 they look at my battery (because I asked them to) car's still sitting outside. Guy in shop was changing out tires, other two guys--one that checked me in and another were shooting the breeze for an hour while I sat there. They tell me it's my small battery (I have a prius) and that it's bad. It's going to be $60.00 for my oil change and Keep in mind I"m still waiting for my oil ch... read more
