Honest and responsive.
I took my SUV to meineke in Charlestown Indiana it had a squeak they told me that the belt tensioner was bad so they changed it they also changed the belt it still had a squeak they told me that the water pump was bad they charged me $658.54 to do this and now I need a water pump guess I will take it to another garage
Was able to get an appointment quickly. The job as done when promised. My dad used them several times for oil changes and tire rotations. He was always giving them praise.
Unfortunately our new (to us) car needed a rear differential replacement. Luckily, we were able to get in with Meineke! Tim was so patient with all of our questions and when things were delayed due to parts, he kept us informed. We are so grateful for this group!
