It was the worst experience I ever had at the Homestead Meineke. The owner refused to give me an invoice of the work or labor, car parts he removed and replaced.But most of all the lies he told me about the system was constantly down. After I filed a Dispute Complaint I finally got an invoice on Monday, 4.21.25. I think he is a crook and I will never patronage this Meineke again. He is a disgrace. He also charged me the same price as the dealer Biondi. What a waste of time but he repair the car
Extremely fast and competent professional service
After having to jumpstart my Vehicle second time in a row during this winter, I realized the battery was on its way out. I ordered a new OEM battery from the BMW dealership and brought it to Meineke. The staff were friendly, efficient and clearly experienced. They replace the battery quickly, made sure everything was functioning properly, and even reset the system. The convenience of the location and quality of service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely a reliable spot for BMW maintenance.
