Mike and Kyle were extremely nice and helpful, treated my car situation as if it was their own and thought of every possible solution. if you have any emmission testing issues I highly recommend!
I'm sitting here waiting for emissions testing and there are at least eight cars here. I was told it was gonna be a forty five minute wait. I don't mind waiting, however, watching these guys work.. absolutely no sense of urgency. The whole process is very disconnected.
I was told in another workshop that my CR-V need to replace valve cover gasket because it is leaking and a bunch of other fixes. Mike inspected our car and gave the suggestion that it is not really necessary and we can keep an eye on it.
Their customer service is so awesome! They talk to you like a normal human being they give you the goods and the beds at the same time. They have a neat feature that helps you know exactly what’s going on with your car. Also, they offer the admission process and it’s smooth.👏🏾
