They were great. My only issue is I had an appointment at 1PM but the person who was supposed to service my car went on break at 1PM so it made the wait time much longer.

Probably the worst automotive experience I’ve ever had. I called the location in Fairburn GA in advance to see if they could assist. The guy on the phone said they needed to do a diagnostic “to check how many cylinders I have because some hybrids have up to 16” …. I drive a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq 4 cylinder 🤔… I get there and I realize a diagnostic is always done so, ok. The guy who says he’s the manager was very socially awkward and tried to make himself look like he knew his stuff, which he clearly didn’t. I knew that I neede... read more
