I needed a wheelchair alignment, (I have a handicapped accessible vehicle), and because it lifts and lowers with hydraulics its a little difficult than most. The gentleman was so kind and took the time to explain things to me. I thought it was going to cost so much more, but I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship and the price.
Jake was incredibly helpful in solving my issue and providing speedy service. He was juggling multiple customers and issues at once but remained happy and respectful while making sure everyone’s needs were met. I’ll be coming back just for him.
