I was getting ready for a road trip and took it in for a Check up, very pleased with there go helpfulness.
My girlfriend's vehicle was experiencing intermittent braking issues. I had received a text for a free road-trip inspection from Meineke, so I decided to take the vehicle in to have it checked. I arrived to my appointment in the evening. They asked for my keys, and they told me that it would be about 30 minutes for them to complete the inspection. Excellent all-around transaction and experience. "Craig" answered the phone when I called and was very professional and personable. I asked many questions, Craig answered them all in detail. Craig also explained what Meineke does, cost, time to finish job. They also have a great texting and e-mail automation system embedded in the appointment and work so they keep you updated as well as a pre and post inspection report & pictures. Cost was very reasonable and they also had a $59 online coupon.
