I used to keep a fleet of install vehicles on the road. So I trust Meineke with my private vehicle. I got a free estimate. Genuine part guaranteed labor Greatly exceeded the value of the vehicle. To find the big leak, they sprayed the engine so clean, I didn't recognise it. Time to buy a new truck keep the wheels. Renton location, estimate is free, other Mienekes charge a fee. About half of the industry standard.
Have had a couple of vehicles serviced here a few times now. Great communication and customer service in general. They send your vehicle inspection report via text which is super handy. When they suggest additional services they are not pushy and help you find the best path forward. They’ve also treated my wife super well which as we all know is not always the case with auto servicing shops! Great service
Hugo was very attentive and helpful. The service was done on time. One guy, I think it was the manager came out to help with a Customer who was having difficulties, He didn’t appear to have an appointment and seemed to have just walked in to get his car fixed. It was heartful to watch the both the manager and Hugo have patience, and help the gentleman get his car repaired.
