"Questionable" business practices. I was promised a complimentary evaluation before specific charges and explanation of work before proceeding. Also promised on phone when I set up appointment that, with an appointment, I could wait for full estimate and pricing. Upon arrival local unit didn't know of that commitment. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, was told it would take 2 hours. Pass on this place, midas down the street got me right in and took care of me.
