Had a very bad experience with this shop today. I scheduled an oil change on the phone, and was told I could use their full synthetic oil change coupon for it. When I arrived, they tacked on $15 of additional fees which they didn't tell me about on the phone. Also, the guy who I assumed to be a manager, or at least a more senior mechanic, openly mocked his new employee's accent in front of me when he mispronounced my name. Extremely disrespectful to his employees, and not transparent pricing. I walked out.
SCAM !!! Brought my car for free diagnostics, and they found a leak in the radiator area… paid for the test ($250), and was told my radiator needed to be replaced… I was suspicious b/c I recently had a brand new radiator installed… Took the car to the first shop, and was told the radiator cap was leaking (replaced it for free)… Meineke quoted the job for $1K… When I asked for a refund for the test and misdiagnosis, they just hang up on me…
