Very satisfied with the service I received at Meineke. They were quick and efficient. The service I received Robert was excellent— He made sure I understood exactly what they were fixing on my car and didn’t try to upsell me. The attention to customer service and kindness. Had an oil leak and asked if they could locate it? These guys went above and beyond. Turns out the last place that changed the oil did not tighten the oil filter and bolt tight enough. Meineke did an inspection of the car and sent me a report of maintenance that needs to be done or will need to be done in the future. And prioritized the list in order of highest need.
