The guys here do a good job. It may seem like they are just trying to get as much money out of you as they can but it’s not out of malice, but just concern for your safety and the safety of others on the road. They do a very thorough inspection which is nice to know all that may be bad or going bad. Labor rates are reasonable, parts are a bit marked up and premium quality which is why estimates may seem higher than they should be. Overall, I’d come here again.
My repairs were done in one day. They delivered on their promise and we were able to leave town that night. Costumer service was spot on as well. I was kept informed during the whole process and couldn't have asked for more!
Have been coming to this place for a long time, but not anymore. The prices have gotten ridiculous. What used to be locally owned is now a Corporate bland Shell that price gouges you, $129 just to look at your car that probably takes a mechanic 30 minutes to do. I thought mechanics got paid hourly? Will never be back support a local shop
I spent around $6000 with this shop, it took them around 2 months to complete the work. This last week I had to run it to another shop because when I finally got my car back from meineke it would squeal when I turned on the air conditioning. Turns out meineke didn’t bolt my engine down correctly.
I was very happy with the service I received at the Blue Springs location. They were friendly and efficient. Made sure all issues were resolved. Honest and knowledgeable! I will use them in the future!
