Went for an inspection. Needed to put two tires on the rear. Waited 5 hrs before it was finally done. Listened to employees talk about all the customer complaints coming in while waiting. Stay away
I want to give the highest praise to the Manager Mike, his assistant Jaxsen and the owner. My first experience with this place was not great. However the owner reached out to me and not only made things right but went way above and beyond. The service I received today was beyond excellent. I was greeted with courtesy and respect at a level I’ve never received anywhere else. I highly recommend going here for all of your automotive needs.
Very dissatisfied. Went in with a coupon for synthetic oil change for 34.95. Walked out paying 133.00 and being told that because I turned down a charging system service for 417.00 that if my car would not start it would be my fault.
Took my car in for an Oil change, tire balancing, and an alignment, when I got my car back(which took almost 24hrs to get back) I noticed my VSC light was on and they told me it wasn’t a big deal(something to do with the steering angle sensor), so I drove off, but only a day later I try to use my cruise control and it doesn’t work and tells me to “Check Cruise Control System”
