Dissatisfied customer. Received a coupon in the mail for a $39 oil change. Scheduled the oil change they had to reschedule the appointment. They told me it would take an hour and it took three hours. The manager told me that the reason it took three hours was because the mechanic was short and could not find the oil filter which was on the top shelf. My husband had scheduled an appointment with the manager and specified when she would arrive and he said that would not be a problem and then he canceled at the last minute due to being too busy after I had rushed all the way from work and picking up our son. The unprofessionalism, lack of communication skills, and the disrespect is definitely worth a one star review.
