Came in a while ago for new brakes and rotors since it was metal on metal. Went home and the rotors were rusty and looked the same. I thought the rotors looked the same and just pads were done, but I trusted the reviews and wasn't completely sure what i was looking for, so we left it alone and gave them benefit of doubt. The office staff worked hard to help me get financing for an emergency repair that could have caused catastrophic damage and a ticket if I were to get pulled over. I can do a lot of repairs myself but not this. They made it possible for me to be able to drive my car safely again, saved my body from hard labor, and saved down time from the car being out of commission. I can resume life as normal.
