Andy abd Bobby, were awesome. When I drove up, Bobby was in the bay and right away headed towards the main lobby to make sure someone was in there to help me. Andy was very helpful. I had just drove 2 hours to dropoff someone at the airport. As I was heading back I could tell something was wrong. Their "Check Engine Light" Service bay was perfect for my situation. My experience at this location on St Charles ROck road, was outstanding!!!!! Service was top tier. No exaggeration. The manager Andy is simply awesome, I am not kidding. I would recommend this location to anyone. I was at a crunch with time. He got me in and out!!!!!!! His mechanics were pleasant and very helpful as well. I was referred to this location by another business right down the street, that does the same type of work. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I will be back Andy. lol
Went in for underbody protection guard that had busted loose. Looked at it immediately, bolted it back in place. ZERO charge!. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Alerted us to another potential issue. Couldn't be more pleased. Will certainly use Meineke in the future!!
They are kind about my old lady questions and concerns. The low tire mystery that kept happening was solved!
