I took my car to Meineke for a rattling noise that my car was making! Meineke diagnosed the problem did a thorough check under neath the vehicle and told me what the issue was! I was given an invoice with the diagnosis and the price! I called the next day, spoke to Andy Kelley and he got me in, I was there less than an hour…. Needed headlight changed they were able to get me in right away and explained everything they had to do.
In and out. I work down the street at PF and dropped my vehicle off. I was later given a quote and it was ready a shortly after. Although is was just an oil change and a cabin air filter it was great customer service all around!! Came back for a second oil change a few months later.
Did refill washer fluid.
